At Cheeky Fella we strive to provide you with the best products and service. But because every item is made just for you, with your size and the print that you want, we unfortunately don't do returns. So if you are not satisfied with the fit, color or size of an item, you can't return it. Ofcourse we don't want you to have an item you're not happy
with. So you may always contact our customer support (info@cheekyfella.com) and we will check if your specific order is highly in demand so you can exhange it!

If there's a reason you want to return your product and ask for a refund. You will find the conditions for requesting a refund here. 

1. Return Period: You can submit a return request within 21 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund. 

2. Return Conditions: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. If your product was damaged let us know what is damaged and send us a picture of the damaged part + the proof of purchase or the order number.

3.Exceptions: The following products are not eligible for a refund:

  • Gift vouchers
  • Products that were in sale or had a special discount

4. Return Process: To make a return inquiry, please contact our customer support. Indicate your order number and the reason for the return here. When approved you will then be given various options to return your product. You can get a refund or exchange your product with a new one. When the return is approved we strive to process your refund or exchange within 14 days. 

5. Shipping Costs: the shipping costs for returning the product are for the customer. But shipping costs are refundable if the product is defect or damaged.
